Finally, Jenny stresses how important it is to ‘look after yourself' - cognitively, emotionally, creatively, physically and spiritually. Most of the DVD is devoted to two circle time sessions - one with a Year 7 group, the other Year 11s - filmed in a school location and led by Jenny in which all of the above is put into practice.
