The fun activities are simple and easy to play. Each activity comes with user friendly instructions that children can organise themselves and follow with minimal input of adult supervision. Ideal for class teachers, teaching assistances, midday supervisors or other classroom support. Break Awake was designed by a physiotherapist with almost 40 years experience who has successfully incorporated activities that promote a healthy balance between mental activity and physical work Think Brain and Mind, think Body and Movement - BAM BAM! Each kit bag contains four colour coded bags containing different fun activities.
