Social & Emotional Skills

The importance of social and emotional education is nothing new. However in recent years research has widely increased in this area and evidence shows that social and emotional competence is linked to increased academic performance, motivation and ability to manage problems and stress.

Familiarising children with feelings and emotions and ensuring they are able to express them can also prevent small problems from manifesting into bigger and worse problems later in life
